Your privacy is very important to us. Colorado CodeWorks respects your privacy and shares your concern about maintaining the security of any personal information you may provide to us via our App, applications or other services.

This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use the ezVault mobile application (our "App") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

If you forget your password, we cannot recover any encrypted data that you have saved in your vault.

Our App is not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any personal information through the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on this App.

- Through mobile and desktop applications you download from this App, which provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and this App.

What personal information do we collect in the ezVault app?

We do not collect any personal information in the ezVault app. Any personal or sensitive data that you store in a vault is only accessible by you, or someone with whom you have shared the password.

Information we collect through automatic data collection technologies.

We do not use automatic data collection technologies to collect any data from or about the application beyond app usage data collected by Google on Android ® devices.

How do we protect your information in the ezVault app?

The ezVault app uses AES-256 encryption to store all vault data, including changes that are journaled and pending save to a vault. The user has the option to explicitly store a clear text copy of a vault, but this is not the default behavior of the app and requires overt action by the user.

Do we disclose any personal information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties’ information that you have provided to us, except to third parties who assist us in operating our App, conducting our business, or servicing you, and we require that this information be maintained as confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

The ezVault app does not include or independently access any third-party links. The user may choose to access websites identified in their vault via a web browser that is integrated in the app.
